Watching My Lovers Defrost, Like Crocus’ Cracking Through Concrete

Emalene Lillipore has an affinity for long lost spaces, places, and lovers. She has a deep connection to the occult and the divine and has been working in music journalism for two years. Staying true to her Iranian heritage, Emalene has dreamt of publishing her own poetry since she was a little girl. Emalene is currently based in North America, uses she/her pronouns, and documents her life through photography, videography, floristry, and poetry. You can find more of her work on YouTube, by searching “Avalon Archives”, or on Instagram, @avalon_archives.
